Sinossi

Habit Formation Science explores the fascinating science behind how habits shape our lives, offering a practical guide to personal development through understanding the habit loop. It examines how cues, routines, and rewards interact to influence our behaviors, often operating outside our conscious awareness. The book uniquely bridges theoretical research from behavioral psychology and neuroscience with real-world applications, empowering readers to break bad habits and build positive ones. Did you know that habits are more malleable than you think, and understanding their underlying mechanisms allows for conscious intervention? The book progresses systematically, first introducing the fundamental concepts of habit formation. It then examines the individual components of the habit loop—cues, routines, and rewards—in detail. Finally, it delves into strategies for breaking bad habits and building good ones, providing concrete steps for transforming your life. By understanding how incentives and biases influence our habits, and incorporating insights from cognitive science, this book provides a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to self-improvement.

    Catalonia and Basque Country:...

Shaped like an uneven triangle, Catalonia is comprised of four provinces that occupy an area of 12,390 square miles: Girona, Barcelona, Tarragona and Lleida. Catalonia also has a variety of different kinds of communities surrounding it, as its northern neighbors include the powerful country of France and the tiny nation of Andorra. To the south it has the autonomous community of Valencia, to the west is the autonomous community of Aragon, and on the east, it borders the Mediterranean Sea. Furthermore, there are natural boundaries that serve to divide Catalonia from its neighbors, namely the Pyrenees mountains, which separate it from France, and the pre-Pyrenees and the Ebro River basin, which mark its border with Aragon. It is home to several main rivers, including the Ter, Llobregat, and the Ebro, all of which end in the Mediterranean Sea.
It would not be a stretch to say that for a very tiny geographical territory (just 20,747 square kilometers), the Basque Country has inspired a plethora of intense stereotypes. Some of these stereotypes have been cast upon its people from the outside while others have been strategically propagated by the people themselves. For such a small area of land that is home to only 3,000,000 people, the Basque Country is anything but small in terms of its history which is why opinions about its people are so intense, so consequential, and so contradictory. The Basque people have been called “the people who sing and dance at the foot of the Pyrenees,” a description that evokes not only their geographical location but also their strong folk traditions. Those words, said by the famous French writer Victor Hugo, infuriate the Basque people to this day. They have also been described pejoratively as “Europe’s aboriginals,” a reference to the age-old status of their culture which has led many people to fetishize them and their language as ancient.

This was the first book, the very first, to issue a warning about the biggest crisis in science and public health. The author began sounding the alarm as a newspaper publisher in the 80s. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. brought the book to the world's attention when he recommended it to his 600,000 followers on his Instagram account in April, 2020. America is now listening.
This little book is a chapter from The Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Epidemic Cover-up Volume Two, a book that combines the history of AIDS and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with a trenchant political analysis of the science and scientists that got everything terribly wrong.
In his bestseller, The Real Anthony Fauci, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. called Charles Ortleb, "Dr. Fauci's perennial Boswell." As the publisher and editor-in-chief of New York Native, he was the first person to devote a newspaper to the coverage of AIDS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and the careers of Robert Gallo and Anthony Fauci. Randy Shilts praised his newspaper's pioneering AIDS reporting in And the Band Played On. In Rolling Stone, David Black said New York Native deserved a Pulitzer Prize for its coverage of the epidemic.
This book is the first book to conceptualize the medical and scientific corruption of the last four decades as a medical and scientific Ponzi scheme. It is a radical new way of looking at medical and scientific fraud that has been promoted and enabled for decades. There are ten elements that the author has identified in a medical and scientific Ponzi scheme that have hidden the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome epidemic.

Are you constantly reading between the lines… and getting it wrong?

Do you assume what others think of you… fill in the gaps… and react to things that were never actually said?

This isn’t overthinking. This is a pattern.

In Stop Making Assumptions, you’ll uncover why your mind jumps to conclusions — especially negative ones — and why it feels so convincing in the moment.

Because assumptions aren’t random. They are trying to protect you.

From rejection. From uncertainty. From being caught off guard.

But what once protected you… is now quietly distorting your reality, your relationships, and your sense of safety.

    Inside this audiobook, you’ll learn:

Why your brain assumes the worst (and why it feels true)

The hidden emotional drivers behind over-interpreting situations

How assumptions create distance, conflict, and unnecessary stress

The real cost of “filling in the blanks” without evidence

The key shift that helps you see clearly again

This is not about “thinking positive.” It’s about seeing accurately.

If you’ve ever felt misunderstood… misread a situation… or created stories in your head that later turned out to be wrong…

This book will help you understand why — and gently begin to step out of it.

This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice.
The Spycraft Lessons: How to Win Allies and Influence People is a one-hour crash course in real-world influence, taught through the lens of human intelligence tradecraft. Drawing on principles used inside the intelligence community, P.J. Agness, founder of Archangel Protective Intelligence and best-selling author of The Spycraft Library, shows you how trust works like a currency, why people actually say yes, and how subtle tools like reciprocity, mirroring, and social proof can quietly shift social dynamics in your favor. You’ll learn how to build genuine rapport without sucking up, how to stop trying to impress people and let them impress you, and how to spot when those same techniques are being used to manipulate you at work, in relationships, or out at the bar. This audiobook won’t turn you into a cartoon “master manipulator.” It will give you a calm, practical spy’s-eye view of influence you can use every day to create more allies, fewer pointless enemies, and a social life that runs a lot smoother.
