Narcissism can manifest in subtle ways, such as a tendency to dominate conversations or dismiss opposing viewpoints, or in more extreme forms, such as manipulative behavior and an inability to accept criticism. 
  The role of self-love and empathy in human behavior is a delicate balance. While a certain degree of self-appreciation is necessary for mental well-being, an overemphasis on oneself at the expense of others creates social and psychological challenges. Empathy, the ability to understand and share the feelings of others, is often lacking in those with high narcissistic tendencies. This deficiency can lead to exploitative relationships, a disregard for others' emotions, and difficulty in maintaining meaningful connections.
