  The primary mission of the Islamic prophets was to eradicate bida and eliminate false religious ideas and practices. The reason God sent prophets again and again to the world is not because creatures sinned but it was to eradicate the bida they had invented in the name of the prophets and truth. Prophet Muhammad condemned every bida as misguidance and every misguidance/bida as being doomed to the hellfire. The most dangerous group for Muslims, is the people of bida or ignorant/hypocritical Muslims preaching and practicing unislamic creeds, sayings or deeds. 
  The more generations that pass from the prophetic generation the more likely you will encounter a person who claims to be upon the truth but in reality is a practitioner of bida. So what will you do when you meet?   
  To promote safety from error as it pertains to bida and dealing with the people of innovation who are labeled as Ahl-Bida, I have collected Quran verses, Hadith from the Prophet Muhammad, and statements from the Sahabah and the Scholars of the Muslim nation regarding this ever increasingly important topic of being wary of the people of innovation, or Ahl-Bida, as innovated versions of Islam begin to outnumber the authentic prophetic version as time goes by, as has been prophesied. 
  As the world evolves, so do the challenges to maintaining a pure and devout Islamic lifestyle. This book confronts the critical issue of bida, or religious innovation, and its capacity to mislead even the most faithful believers away from the truth.
