These three titles are included in this 3-in-1 bundle:
1 - The ability for the brain to encode, store, and recall information is known as memory. Experience serves as a roadmap for future action.
Memory includes both consciously recalled facts and experienced details as well as deeply embedded knowledge that pops up without thought or even awareness. It serves as both a temporary information storage space and a more lasting record of what has been learned. Scientists have identified several different types of memory, including episodic, semantic, procedural, working, sensory, and prospective memory.
From the vivid memories of episodic memory to the practical knowledge of procedural memory, each type of memory has a specific purpose.
2 - Your subconscious is a priceless potential repository of information, insight, and wisdom. But the majority of us never use that talent to its fullest.
Using hypnosis, you can access your subconscious. You can communicate with it immediately when under hypnosis. This can assist you in obtaining important knowledge and bringing about positive changes in your life.
Your subconscious is the area of your mind that generally escapes your awareness yet has a significant impact on how you live.
For instance, your subconscious has a role in controlling such essential bodily processes as breathing and heartbeat.
3 - The study of the anatomy and operation of the nervous system and the brain is known as neuroscience. To map the brain mechanistically, neuroscientists draw on cellular and molecular biology, anatomy and physiology, human behavior and cognition, and other fields.
Each neuron, or brain cell, in an adult human has an estimated 100 billion connections to other neurons.

Can the faith in God that most Americans share help us out of the political mess we're in?

As both a religiously observant person and a veteran of forty years in elective office, Senator Joe Lieberman is uniquely prepared to answer this question. In fact, he is the first person with political experience to pose and answer such a question in response to the current crisis of political division and governmental dysfunction in America.

Lieberman breaks down the causes of our political problems—including partisanship, incivility, and refusal to compromise—and then describes what the monotheistic faith that Christians, Jews, and Muslims share calls on us to do to overcome those problems.

He directs this appeal to members of Congress and the White House; leaders of the news and entertainment industry, who have such a large influence on our values and political behavior; and members of the clergy, who need to be leaders of a new Religious Awakening in America.

This book will provide a totally different way to look at American politics and government. It will open your mind and heart and give you hope for a better, more united future for our country.

After the Mongols rode across the steppes of Asia and Eastern Europe and steppe nomads like the Magyars and Cumans became major military and cultural forces in Europe, the steppe nomads became notorious as foreign marauders who rode the steppes looking for plunder and riches, but they rarely stayed long after they got what they wanted. In reality, these groups represented vanguards of a massive nomadic horde that grew in ferocity and effectiveness as the centuries passed, and they were far more than mindless barbarians interested in violence alone – in fact, contemporary sources reveal they were also interested in diplomacy and eventually integrated with their sedentary neighbors.
The actual history of these groups makes sense considering there were steppe nomads like them that lived in the region thousands of years earlier, back to around the time the Copper Age transitioned into the Bronze Age. The Fertile Crescent of Mesopotamia and the Levant are often referred to as the “cradle of civilization” because those lands hosted some of the world’s earliest complex societies began, but several hundred miles to the north, equally important advances in civilization were happening at the same time. North of the Caucus Mountains near the shores of the Black Sea on the Ukrainian-Russian steppes, the ancestors of Indo-European peoples were domesticating horses, dogs, and inventing the wheel in the late 5th and early 4th millennia BCE. A number of different localized ‘proto’ Indo-European cultures formed at this time that eventually coalesced into the larger culture that is today known as the Yamnaya culture.
From about 3400-2600 BCE, the Yamnaya culture stretched from southeastern Europe into central Asia, greatly affecting other contemporary cultures in Europe and the Near East. The hallmarks of Yamnaya culture adopted by other cultures in the Near East and Europe include the use of metal tools and weapons.
