Debut author Autumn Lytle takes us on an extraordinary journey of healing in ALL THAT FILLS US. Desperate to avoid rehab, Mel embarks on a 2000 mile hiking pilgrimage to overcome her out-of-control eating disorder. Dangerously underweight, Mel is neither physically nor mentally prepared for such an undertaking but luckily she keeps meeting the right people.

Lytle does a great job of portraying Mel’s twisted self-perception and her strong will to forge ahead no matter what. As she crosses one state border after another, we learn about her past and the events that triggered her mental illness. Events that are typical of today’s society and that will surely resonate with many readers. Despite the seriousness of the topic, Lytle uses a humorous, often ironic, narrative style which keeps the reading experience light and leaves us with a sense of hope. A remarkable new voice that we are looking forward to hearing more from!
