  A dragon god was waiting for his bride, and had been waiting for a hundred long years, because of a promise he made to her. One day, a boy called Shitaro came upon the dragon, and the dragon mistook the boy for his beloved “bride”. Shitaro, whose memories from before meeting the dragon are hazy, feels bewildered as he engages with the dragon.
