Summary

We all go through the same process into looking to lose weight, and have a healthier lifestyle, that we tend to grab a little bit of advice that comes along the way from different articles and videos online, yet we don't always follow it or keep up with it.

It is extremely depressing and frustrating to find that you no longer fit into your favorite pair of jeans anymore; you cannot run with your energetic toddler as much as you desire and you try to compensate depression by eating your favorite dessert. Then the cycle starts and you begin to find a remedy, so you start to run, walk or exercise or do any form of physical activity. But, along with your regular exercise regimen, you also need to do find a well-balanced diet plan that complements with your metabolism.

Luckily there is a new trend called 'Forks over Knives', it's a whole new revolution in nutrition. It empowers people to have a healthier lifestyle, this helps weight loss enthusiasts to embark on a plant-based diet; the aim is to promote good health and reduce lifestyle diseases stemming from processed foods and animal products. The best part about plant-based diets that along the time you lose weight, your energy and motivation boosts. This diet plan is centered on the fact that you should include only whole, unrefined or at best minimally-refined food grains in your diet to receive its optimal benefits.

It's not necessary to make a complete switch right on the spot. I agree that it can be a tad difficult for a meat lover to give up on their favorite dishes in one day. But, you can initially begin with two or three plant-based meals a day and then make the final transition, adapting yourself to the new life-style you want. Every step you take will bring you closer to your weight management goal. This book will show you the way into plant-based diet with easy-to-cook recipes.

These days, hot chicken is a “must-try” Southern food. Restaurants in New York, Detroit, Cambridge, and even Australia advertise that they fry their chicken “Nashville-style.” Thousands of people attend the Music City Hot Chicken Festival each year. The James Beard Foundation has given Prince’s Chicken Shack an American Classic Award for inventing the dish. But for almost seventy years, hot chicken was made and sold primarily in Nashville’s Black neighborhoods—and the story of hot chicken says something powerful about race relations in Nashville, especially as the city tries to figure out what it will be in the future.Hot, Hot Chicken recounts the history of Nashville’s Black communities through the story of its hot chicken scene from the Civil War, when Nashville became a segregated city, through the tornado that ripped through North Nashville in March 2020.

Did you know that detox diets aren’t the best way to detoxify your body?
Believe it or not if you’re looking for anti-aging solutions, faster healing, fat burning, and obtaining physical peak performance, then diets and exercise shouldn’t be your main solution.
    Think about it.
Body building, lifting weights, running, doing lots of cardio, and working out in the gym destroy muscular tissue. They’re not about healing. The real body building actually happens after your workout.
It occurs during a process called autophagy.
Autophagy is a state that the body enters where healing and recycling occurs. And it all happens in the cellular level. It is deeply rooted in our bodily systems. The good news is that the process of autophagy can be induced and it can be sustained.
We will go over the pros and cons of autophagy and fasting (intermittent fasting to be exact). On top of that we will also cover other options and whether they are for you or not.
The best way to induce or to kick start this process, according to experts, is through fasting. No doubt about it. During fasting the body enters a “self-eating” mode—which is what the word “autophagy” literally means.
This book covers what happens to the body during the fasting state. We will go over the underlying processes when you fast. We will also go over what makes fasting difficult during the first few hours and how other people can go on fasting and still stay strong and active despite being in a fasted state for more than 24 hours.
If you’re looking for the next step (well, the most cost efficient step actually) into longevity, healing, weight loss, detoxification, mental, and overall health, then autophagy may be the solution that you have been missing all this time.So scroll up, click “Buy Now” and let the information you find in this book help you to improve your health and overall well-being!
