It examines DNA from all over Asia and the Pacific Islands to discover their origins. Japan has a lot of archaeologists-created history from the remains of people called the “Jomon” and the “Yayoi” (Lumen Learning, ND). Every scholar the author could find claim Japanese are made up of two different people- one from the north and one from the south. Is this true? This is a qualitative study with a goal to find out who the Japanese originated from using genetics.
