Summary

Crest da Zoltral and his companions narrowly escape Tramp only to find themselves clinging to life on a severely damaged ship. When an Arkonide vessel comes to their rescue and takes them to Larsaf III, suspicions surrounding the rescued time travelers increase and they soon find themselves imprisoned as the Methanes attack. Will they survive the historical fall of Atlantis? Or will their journey meet an early end thousands of years before their present?

Meanwhile, Rhodan’s group arrives by stowing away on an alien ship. Their reception is all the more hostile, as they are forced to flee into the forest to avoid robots hunting them down. Driven by a vision Rhodan once had, they strive to find a path from the hemispherical planet’s round side to its strange and implausible flat side.

As secrets abound and IT’s servants play a game of wits with competing agendas, what truths will be revealed about the Planet of Eternal Life, and will the heroes finally be granted the immortality they seek?

Marla survived another mad caper, one she solved by the skin of her teeth. Her ankle might never be the same after all that creature humping, and there are some Haveners she’ll never be able to look at the same, but at least no one’s in love with her who doesn’t want to be.
She only has the one boyfriend now, and Quade Contonn is more than enough wizard for her. In fact, he’s the perfect fit. After decades apart, reuniting with her first love couldn’t be going better.
At this point, you’d think she’d have earned herself a little vacay from all of Gales Haven’s kooky problems. But nope. Not a chance.
The ancestral Gawama home is being rowdier than usual, clamoring for Marla’s attention at every turn. When the bewitched house unleashes a whole host of problems, and very vocal ones at that, Marla knows she’s in for a heaping, screeching serving of trouble.
She’s never in the mood for detecting, but this time? Marla also has her own personal ... complication to deal with, and this one’s here to stay. Who said your forties are too late to start over? Hopefully no one, because for Marla, starting over is the only way to go.

All Gesela's life, her home village of Elk has been cursed. And it isn't a single curse—it is one after another, each to be broken by a villager, each with devastating consequences. When Elk's well goes dry, it is Gesela's turn to save her town by killing the toad that lives at the bottom. Except . . . the toad is not a toad at all. He is an Elven prince under a curse of his own, and upon his death, his brothers come for Gesela, seeking retribution.

As punishment, the princes banish Gesela to live with their seventh brother, the one they call the beast. Gesela expects to be the prisoner of a hideous monster, but the beast turns out to be exquisitely beautiful, and rather than lock her in a cell, he offers Gesela a deal. If she can guess his true name in seven days, she can go free.

Gesela agrees, but there is a hidden catch—she must speak his name with love in order to free him, too.

But can either of them learn to love in time?
