“That’s right…send another man money, then thank him for the opportunity. It feels good, doesn’t it? It feels natural.”
My life is spiraling out of control. I sent money to a guy on social media as an experiment, but it triggered something in my brain.
Each night after work, I sit in the dark while he “drains” me. My eyes glaze over as he siphons away the money I’ve worked so hard to save. Each time I hit send, I feel his hooks digging deeper into my mind.
We’ve agreed to meet in person. I’m scared—I’m worried he’ll bond me to him, pulling me into a universe I’ll never be able to escape.
But that’s exactly what I want. I need to commit to an alpha male.

    Isn’t it?

    Whose heart must be broken?

Published posthumously in December 1817, Persuasion was Jane Austen's final completed work before her death in July 1817. It has delighted readers ever since. It is a historical romance, which delves into themes of love, social class, and individual agency. It revolves around the life of Anne Elliot who was persuaded when she was 19 years old, to break off her engagement with Frederick Wentworth, a promising, though relatively poor young lieutenant in the Royal Navy.
Lonely and unloved by her father and older sister, and considered of little consequence by her married sister Mary, Anne leads a dull life. However, after the naval war ends, Frederick Wentworth returns to England having earned prestige and fortune. Seven years have now passed. But has Anne gained enough independence from her family and social circle to choose her own future? And do her ties to Captain Wentworth remain unbroken?
In this delightful audiobook, all 24 chapters are masterfully brought to life by seasoned vocal artist Stephanie Poppins. Her bright and energetic performance expertly captures Austen’s signature wit and tone. And her attention to detail, her literary background, and her commitment to auditory excellence, make this a captivating listen.
This is the fourth audiobook in the Neworld Classics Collection.

This is a collation of the first two books in the Fires of an Empire Saga. It tells the chronological story of "Fire from Ashes," and "Waves of a Tempest" as the events of the parallel tales unfold.
In an empire where dissent means death, ancient faiths are crushed and young boys are torn from their families to feed a hungry military, two paths, forged in desperation, are about to collide.
Ciran bears the scars of a soldier's life, but his greatest wounds are the ones that drove him to desert. Now he runs, pursued by his past and the empire's blade, seeking a kind of freedom that may not exist. Within the mountains, he discovers a truth that threatens to upend everything he thought he knew.
Roshin, an orphaned healer versed in forbidden lore, witnesses the empire's cruelty daily in the broken bodies she tends. When she and her companions fall prey to the very darkness she fights against, her faith in an ancient prophecy is all that keeps her spirit alive.
In a land where hope itself is treason, their paths converge in a story of faith, choice, and the price of freedom.
