Summary

Welcome to the world of Spy vs. Spook/Mann of My Dreams. However, in this alternate reality, things are just slightly different.
The stories in this box set take place ask the simple question what if? What if the WBIS was disbanded and Mark Vincent was recruited by the CIA? What if Kyle Winchester, the hyper WBIS agent, actually turns out to be Mark Vincent's son? What if Tony and Bryan Sebring, who've been raised as biological brothers, turn out to not be related by blood at all? And finally, what if, in spite of the fact that they were adversaries, when Mark is ordered to erase Quinton Mann, he can't, and what if Quinn still turns to him for help?
Contains the stories:
No One Should Be Alone: When the WBIS is disbanded, Mark Vincent agrees to being recruited by the CIA. Things don't go well since the Company doesn't trust him. Quinton Mann is willing to give Mark a chance, but their mission falls apart due to interference. Now Mark wants out, and Quinn can't blame him, although he doesn't want the former special agent to leave. Will a drink on Christmas Eve change things for both men?
Family Is What You Make It: Kyle Winchester has grown from an unhappy child to a linguistics genius, wanted by both the CIA and the WBIS, to the point both agencies will do anything to foil the other and get him. Even though the CIA succeeds, Kyle grows disillusioned. Will he turn to the WBIS, and if he does, how will that affect his personal life, as well as his professional one?
Sweetest Taboo: Anthony Sebring II loves his country, but he's fiercely devoted to his siblings, most especially his little brother. There's an age difference, though, and then they're separated by the Second World War. However, there's a secret about his birth that could destroy everything he loves, and if he doesn't cut ties with his siblings, this secret will be revealed. Will he be able to keep it hidden?
Nowhere Else to Go: Mark Vincent, who's WBIS, and Quinton Mann, who's CIA, have been adversaries since the day they crossed paths, but in spite of that, they've never tried to kill each other. Someone is unhappy about that and has Quinn attacked. With nowhere else to go, Quinn finds himself at Mark's door. Will the spy help him, or has the spook gone from the frying pan into the fire?
