Synopsis

"Divinity of the soul is our birthright. We do not acquire divinity through yoga. What we acquire is belief in our divinity. All the practices of prayer, bathing in holy rivers, and telling the beads of the rosary are practices for gaining belief in ourselves, in our innate purity. Breath-control and meditation concentrate the mind, through which we feel the peace of the soul.
