Summary

Gauranga, Namita's only son, Parthapratim alias, Biltu, had been a brilliant student who had topped board examinations and had subsequently joined the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology. Later he emerged as the overall best student across all IITs and all disciplines. Big Corporations fought fiercely to lap up this gifted talent with jaw-dropping salaries, sending Biltu’s career to stratospheric heights with plump foreign posting. 
Today, Biltu's parents are proud of their son, and so are their neighbors. Biltu has started to spend generously to add material comfort to the lives of his parents with tools, gadgets that his parents could ill afford within their limited means, and little savings. 
Gauranga starts feeling uncomfortable by sensing an unsustainable future and desperately tries to protect his age-old frugal lifestyle to prevent future heartburns, which he could sense as destined.
