This book primarily focuses on freestyle as it applies to rap. But the principles in & of themselves are universal I believe. Often after we master or even become proficient at a skill. We apply it without thinking, we “freestyle it”. These are my opinions. I’ve been freestyling professionally for 10 years, been featured on news outlets & in documentaries. This is a brief reflection on some things I’ve noticed, and what I’ve gleaned learning from others. You may find the path to your goals a different way, nothing here is concrete take what works for you.
