Both, namely the Heart and Mind, are the basic ingredients for forming a humble person.
The heart is like a small child who if left alone will endanger himself and others, Mind is like a
parent who if there are no children, the completeness of the family becomes unbalanced. The
heart will be good if it comes from wise directions at the level of reason, but it will be bad if it
comes from directions to the lack of understanding of the Mind.
This reason is also developed into a beautiful sentence from the scholars of wisdom, namely
    العقل السليم فى الجسم التسليم
"A good reason is found in a good body"
in that sentence, there are those who say that its application is very dialectical, meaning that not
only is the reason mentioned first, all humans are able to implement it. the meaning of that
sentence is that the body can be the first application. dialectic is one of the evidences of a fact
    where something cannot be
a thing that stops statically or definitely, it is so easy to move position from the beginning to
point A to point B, from being at point B a minute later it can be positioned at
point A, the most important part in this case is Nothing Is Out of the Participation
of the Almighty. Namely "a good body is very strongly bound to a good mind"
    then it becomes;
    الجسم السليم فى العقل التسليم
According to the famous Cultural Expert and Scholar Emha Ainun Nadjib, the following are the
various kinds of inversions of a dialectic, which are the diversity of perspectives and ways of
thinking of every human being who is willing to process it, for the sake of continuity and
suitability of a life path that is carried out.

National Bestseller: The complete trilogy that inspired Masterpiece production The Durrells in Corfu in one volume. The tales of a naturalist and his family, who left England for the Greek island of Corfu—where they interacted with fascinating locals of both human and animal varieties—these memoirs have become beloved bestsellers and inspired the delightful series that aired on PBS television.   Included in this three-book collection are:  My Family and Other Animals: Ten-year-old Gerald Durrell arrives on sun-drenched Corfu with this family and pursues his interest in natural history, making friends with the island’s fauna—from toads and tortoises to scorpions and geckos—while reveling in the joyous chaos of growing up in an unconventional household.  Birds, Beasts and Relatives: Written after a boyhood spent studying zoology, this memoir is part nature guide, part coming-of-age tale, and all charmingly funny memoir.  The Garden of the Gods: In the conclusion of the trilogy, Durrell shares more tales of wild animals and his even wilder family, including his mother, Louisa, and his siblings Lawrence, Leslie, and Margo, in the years before World War II.   “[Durrell’s] books have an unfailing charm. . . . The grand narrative of Chinese history is often presented as a seamless succession of unified dynasties. Yet between these periods of unity, China experienced crucial eras of division that profoundly shaped its cultural and political development. "Fragmentation and Conflict: A Divided China" examines three fascinating periods when competing states vied for dominance across the Chinese landscape.
Following the collapse of the Han Dynasty, the Three Kingdoms period (220-280 CE) saw China fractured into the competing states of Wei, Shu, and Wu. This era of military genius, political intrigue, and strategic maneuvering became immortalized in the classic novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms," transforming historical figures like Cao Cao, Liu Bei, and Sun Quan into cultural icons. Beyond the battlefield drama, these rival states developed distinct regional cultures and governance approaches while competing for legitimacy as the true inheritors of the Han legacy.
The Jin Dynasty (265-420 CE) briefly reunified China before succumbing to internal rebellions and nomadic invasions, leading to further fragmentation. This tumultuous period witnessed massive population movements as northern Chinese fled southward, dramatically reshaping the cultural geography of China while Buddhist influence expanded significantly throughout society.
Centuries later, as the Song Dynasty controlled much of traditional China, the Western Xia (1038-1227 CE) emerged as a powerful independent state in the northwest. Founded by the Tangut people, this sophisticated kingdom developed its own unique script, produced remarkable Buddhist art, and maintained a complex relationship with its Chinese and nomadic neighbors before ultimately falling to the Mongol conquest.
