Eating disorders like anorexia are not simply about food; they are deeply tied to the mind, often representing a way of coping with emotional pain, stress, or a desire for control in an otherwise chaotic world. Anorexia, in particular, is often rooted in a complex interplay of biological, psychological, and environmental factors.
