Summary

'Discovering Psalms as Prayer' takes the reader on a journey through the problems and practicalities of prayer, and the difficulties of different types of Psalms.  Andy Roland describes how his travels in southern India opened up the Psalms in a new way for him.  Psalms are then suggested for each period of the day: waking up in the morning, pausing at lunchtime, offering up the night-time.  Psalms for early evening take us through the history of Israel and Judah, and the rich treasury of Hebrew wisdom.
