Bagpuss, dear Bagpuss, old fat furry cat-puss, wake up, wake up and look at this thing that I bring...Bagpuss, created by Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin, is no ordinary shop cat. He's the leader of a magical group of characters who come to life when Emily brings lost and broken things into the shop.
