"The Prince" is a political treatise by the Florentine public servant and political theorist Niccolò Machiavelli. Originally called De Principatibus (About Principalities), it was written in 1513, but not published until 1532, five years after Machiavelli's death. The treatise is not representative of the work published during his lifetime, but it is the most remembered, and the work responsible for bringing "Machiavellian" into wide usage as a pejorative term. It has also been suggested by some critics that the piece is, in fact, a satire.

Build a business investors compete to buy.
If your company were publicly traded today, would investors buy in or get out fast?
Most business owners never ask that question. They chase revenue, work endless hours, and hope the business will eventually fund their freedom. But hope isn’t a strategy—and effort without direction leaves money on the table.
Go Public In Private shows you how to run your privately held company with the same discipline that drives billion-dollar valuations. You’ll know your own stock price, track it like Wall Street tracks the S&P 500, and install systems that steadily increase enterprise value.
No bureaucracy. No going public. Just proven frameworks that turn your company into a true asset worth fighting over.
Stop working for your business. Make it work for you.
Your financial independence depends on it.
