Summary

Thom Novak feels like a walking cliché: the gay guy desperately in love with his straight best friend, Lee. But he's willing to keep his feelings hidden, to do whatever it takes, as long as they stay friends forever.
Lee Conway loves sharing an apartment with Thom, his best friend since birth, and would be happy doing it for the rest of his life ... no matter his current girlfriend's opinion on the matter. But he's never been known for being in contact with his emotions.
When something happens to upset the status quo, Lee pulls away. Has Lee learned how Thom feels about him? Will it mean the end of their friendship? Or is there another reason Lee needs time to think? A more ... hopeful reason?

Foxxxy Rule #2: Don’t mix business with pleasure
Life has not been kind to Adrian Vasquez. He spends his days hiding the truth of his sexuality from his homophobic brother, sticking to every rule of his probation so he isn’t sent back to jail, and keeping out of the crosshairs of Los Hermanos del Diablo—Boston’s most notorious Mexican gang, of which his brother is a prominent member—all in the name of survival. Thankfully, he has his nights working at The Foxxxy Gentlemen’s Club as an escort and exotic dancer to keep him sane. It may not be his dream job, but under the neon glow of the Foxxxy stage, Adrian can pretend to be someone else, even if it’s only for a little while.
Life has not been easy for Taylor Greer. Born queer and intersex to a Southern Baptist preacher, they left home at fifteen to escape conversion therapy, masquerading as a “Christian summer camp.” After surviving four years on the unforgiving streets of Boston, they struggle to get their life back on track for a chance at a better future. Working two jobs to stay afloat and studying every spare minute to pass their GED exam, Taylor has little time for a social life, let alone a love life. But who needs romance when living is this complicated?
When Taylor and Adrian’s paths meet with a literal crash, a bruised plantain is the catalyst for a connection they’re both starving for. Dating a coworker never ends well, but some forces cannot be fought, and Adrian and Taylor can only ignore the magnetic pull between them for so long before physics wins.
Adrian knows better than to mix business with pleasure. Taylor knows better than to get involved with a colleague. But the heart wants what the heart wants, and some rules are made to be broken.

Ivan Tykovsky is a security guard at Hinkleman's Department store and has come to despise the shopping element of Christmas. The holiday season means his workload of apprehending shoplifters and breaking up fights over merchandise increases.
When the Santa the store has booked shows up drunk, the six foot six, 240 pound, red-bearded Jewish giant is forced to stand in. Ivan isn't happy about the idea, but there's one compensation -- the diminutive Skip Mueller, an out-of-work actor who's been hired as one of Santa's elves. Skip comes to Ivan's rescue, coaching the big man through his dealings with the children.
Ivan becomes an instant celebrity, and when a permanent replacement Santa is found, the store's customers demand Ivan's return. Will there be a special Christmas gift this year for a certain Jewish Santa and his special elf?

I never saw this Christmas gift coming . . . When my ex-wife lands in rehab, I get a surprise for the holidays. A seven-year-old girl who's got no place to go. I love my former stepdaughter like she's my own, but I have no idea how to give her everything she needs. In a holiday-crazed town like Christmas Falls, it seems inevitable I'll let her down.Unless I finally let go of my pride and accept help from the new director of the Holiday Hope Foundation. Mason West is eager to lend support however he can. And when I let him, he goes above and beyond. For Charlie's sake. Not mine. Even if I maybe, kind of, wish that it was for me.I've never been into men before, but Mason is so sweet, so giving, so . . . perfectly sized to snuggle in against my holiday sweater. Maybe if I can figure out what all this means, I can gain more than a daughter for the holidays.Maybe I can keep the gift I've always wanted most—a family of my own.

He says he doesn't have time for dating. He says I'm just a player. If I could prove to him that I'm worth falling in love with, he might change his mind. But asking him to be my fake boyfriend for a massive family gathering probably wasn't my greatest idea.

We're a lost cause, but I just can't let him go.

I'm doing my best to convince everyone that we're a couple. But maybe I'd be wise to remind myself that we are not.

What makes your perfect forever home slightly less than perfect and a lot less than forever? Having the ghost of a young boy haunt its halls, perhaps?
After considerable scrimping and saving, John and Terry have finally put down their first mortgage payment for their new home in St John's Wood in leafy North London. This, John believes, is their reward, their payment for all the long, hard years of enduring shoddy flats and sketchy landlords; this is what they deserve. Yet during the renovations of their kitchen, when a mystery shoe is found in an old fireplace and a lonesome ghost begins to make an appearance, they find their relationship tested not just by the haunting, but by the strange ghostbuster who arrives on their doorstep unannounced.
John frets and worries, but will they be able to put the matter to rest once more and for all? Will the spirit of their dead visitor find a way to move on, or will the dream of actually owning property in North London become a nightmare?
