Summary

When Drew Schilling wakes up with a world-class hangover, he isn't especially proud of himself. He's almost forty-five years old -- really, by now he should know better. He certainly knows better than to bring home a hook-up like Esau Wallenberg. His friendly face, his super-hero physique ... charming qualities that appeal to Drew, naturally, but in a guy old enough to rent a car. This kid's barely eighteen. Once they're out of bed, Drew just wants to send Esau home and forget the whole mortifying incident.

But Esau thinks he's in love. He's even talking marriage, but what the heck do we know when we're eighteen? The kid's got his whole life ahead of him. And Drew still has some life left ahead of him, too, thank you very much.

He just needs to figure out a way to undo a huge mistake so he doesn't have to live it without Esau.

Holden: The last time Beckett walked out on him, Holden knew it was time to let him go.

Since the day they'd met, he'd known they were meant for one another, but Beckett doesn't feel the same. Now, it's time to call it quits, only Beckett is in trouble and Holden can't walk away until the man is out of danger. If truth be told, maybe not even then.

Beckett: It's not easy fighting powerful forces and juggling things with Holden.

And if they do, when the dust settles, will they fully commit to each other or call it quits?

Sequel toA Light in the Dark

During the past year, author Christian Rivers has sold his house and moved in with the love of his life, Milestone County's chief of police, Sheriff Philip Erickson. Things couldn't be better for them and their dog, Darth Vader.

The week before Christmas is a busy one for Christian, who is on the road for a book tour to promote his newest novel. Also, both of their families are arriving soon to visit for the holiday. This will be the first time since Philip and Christian announced their relationship that the two sets of parents will meet each other.

Whatever Christian expects Christmas to be like, he doesn't anticipate to run into his ex-boyfriend Russ. He also doesn't expect his sister Paula to arrive with his parents. And he most certainly doesn't expect to hear that his beloved father is very ill.

With so many curve balls thrown at them all at once, can Christian and Philip manage to have a joyful Christmas after all? Will they start the new year with an even deeper commitment to one another, or end up on the rocks after the holidays? Where so much love abounds, anything is possible.

My life’s goal? Make plants fun!
I’m gonna be fighting for flora when I’m older and it all starts with auditing stats so I can level up for my masters, and lucky for me, the intriguing guy in my class is a math whizz.
He’s standoffish at first, but after a class where I bet my sitcoms can make him laugh, one bet leads to another and we’re hanging out all the time. Even though I know he’s interested in me, we’re easy friends, until I start to think I might be a little interested in him, too.
The only problem? He seems like a totally different guy in class to when we hang out. I brush it off as him trying to concentrate, but then I spot something I can’t explain away.
    A scar. On his palm.
One I’m positive Benny has never had before.
    Benny
Since we were little, my twin brother and I have always switched things up–literally. It started as funsies, and now we’re college juniors and still taking each other’s classes. I suck at Math, he sucks at English, and we both have a rule not to make friends in class as the other person. Our system is perfect.
Only Emmett has the audacity to get sick right before stats and I have to actually show up for my own class–where I meet my future husband.
Harrison is smart, weirdly into plants, and we instantly hit it off like old friends.
Only of course the gorgeous mountain of a nerd is straight.
Just when I’m telling myself to let my dreams of matching rings go, our text messages become constant, flirtier, deeper than I’ve had with any other guy before. My butterflies have butterflies every time we catch up.
And then I get a text from Emmett: I’m so sorry. I think I messed up.
