Sinopse

The ghosts of Jenny's past slam into her present, bringing with them all the danger she thought they had successfully avoided five years ago.

Back then, she had worked as a C.I. on a drug task force that ultimately brought down a major drug distributor in her small Texas town. As the man had been hauled away by police, he had screamed that she would pay for the part she had played in his downfall.

Now, it appears that someone is lurking out there, ready and able to pick up the banner and carry out that threat.

When Detective Coby Drake is called to the Cinema Direct theater on 9th Street, the scene doesn’t seem any different from others he had worked during his career. It was when theater deaths began to increase around the city of New Orleans and the common factor between them all was the discovery of inoperable cell phones near the victims that tested his skills as a detective.
Coby, a tough NOPD officer who loves his job, has seen his share of crime, but this time is different somehow. Could the deaths be merely coincidence or could it be something more sinister in the making?
His obsession with the case takes a twisted turn after the death of someone close to him. Does Coby live up to the oath he had taken years ago when becoming a police officer, or does it cause him to be just like the many criminals he had arrested over the years?
