For anyone who has ever felt lost, broken, overwhelmed, addicted, disconnected, stuck, numb, or unsure how to come back to themselves - this book is for you.
Bringing the Lost Parts of Me Home is a guide for the part of you that remembers there is more to life than surviving. The part that knows there is something true and whole inside you, even if you haven’t felt it in a long time. Even if you’ve never felt it at all.
This is not theory. It is lived experience, bone-deep healing, and a path walked step by step.
Kathryn shares her story not as someone who avoided pain, but as someone who sat with it, moved through it, and learned how to return to herself. She offers reflections and a gentle healing framework she calls the SHIFT™ protocol: Safety, Honesty, Initiation, Feeling, Transmutation. This approach does not rush healing or demand that you “get over it.” Instead, it offers permission to feel, language for what has been unspeakable, companionship on a lonely road, and a way back into your own life.
This book will meet you in the burnout you can’t name, the grief you never fully acknowledged, the shame you’ve held quietly, the anger you were told was too much, and the longing that wakes in the night. And it will help you remember: You are not broken. You are not too late. You are not beyond repair. You are returning. This is your homecoming.Welcome home.
    About the Author:

She leads retreats, nature immersions, rites of passage, ceremony, and one-on-one healing experiences for those ready to come home to themselves — not as an idea, but as a lived reality.

Brought to you by Altrusian Grace Media and narrated by Matthew Schmitz. This audiobook also includes an ambient version of the narration which features background music.
Rudolf Steiner (February 1861 – March 1925) was an Austrian occultist, social reformer, architect, esotericist, and claimed clairvoyant. Steiner gained initial recognition at the end of the nineteenth century as a literary critic and published works including The Philosophy of Freedom. At the beginning of the twentieth century he founded an esoteric spiritual movement, anthroposophy, with roots in German idealist philosophy and theosophy. His teachings are influenced by Christian Gnosticism. In the first, more philosophically oriented phase of this movement, Steiner attempted to find a synthesis between science and spirituality. His philosophical work of these years, which he termed "spiritual science", sought to apply what he saw as the clarity of thinking characteristic of Western philosophy to spiritual questions, differentiating this approach from what he considered to be vaguer approaches to mysticism. In a second phase, he began working collaboratively in a variety of artistic media, including drama, dance and architecture, culminating in the building of the Goetheanum, a cultural centre to house all the arts. In the third phase of his work, beginning after World War I, Steiner worked on various ostensibly applied projects, including Waldorf education, biodynamic agriculture, and anthroposophical medicine. Steiner advocated a form of ethical individualism, to which he later brought a more explicitly spiritual approach. He based his epistemology on Johann Wolfgang Goethe's world view in which "thinking…is no more and no less an organ of perception than the eye or ear. Just as the eye perceives colours and the ear sounds, so thinking perceives ideas." A consistent thread that runs through his work is the goal of demonstrating that there are no limits to human knowledge.

Broken relationships, significant losses, and traumatic experiences often leave us wondering why God would allow us to feel such deep pain. As grief and heartbreak seem to overwhelm us, it may seem like we will never move beyond our negative feelings and thoughts. Confronting our brokenness causes us to feel uncomfortable, but it’s necessary if we are ever to discover our purpose and experience the freedom and love God desires for us.
With practical advice and biblical principles, Victoria Marshall reminds readers that to live a life beyond brokenness; we must be willing to accept the past, forgive ourselves and others, and trust that God wants to heal us for a purpose greater than our own desires. As she shares her personal life story, she dives deep into her own encounters with rejection, abuse, and disappointment.
Victoria reminds us that God still has plans for us after broken relationships and reveals how she overcame these negative experiences and found a life filled with peace, joy, and contentment. Victoria helps us focus on the importance and power of loving ourselves as we seek to heal, live, and thrive after broken seasons.
