Summary

When Elijah Harrow returns to Lupin Hollow to settle his estranged uncle's estate, he expects a short trip, not a confrontation with the ghosts of his past, and definitely not a reunion with Caleb Morgan, the boy he once loved and the wolf he never understood. The Hollow, a forgotten town buried in Oregon's dense woods, is alive with magic and memory. And beneath the ash tree that marks its heart, something ancient is waking. Elijah's blood carries secrets he never asked for, and Caleb's bond might be the only thing standing between salvation and ruin.
As lust rekindles into something deeper and the lines between man, wolf, and myth blur, Elijah must face the legacy that chased him away and the power surging in his veins. With a rogue pack threatening to breach the Hollow and an ancient pact unraveling, the only way out is through blood, bond, and the forest's unspoken law. Will Elijah become the savior of the Hollow? Or the monster it's been waiting for?

One Bed, Two Rivals, and a Battle of Wills . . .
CEO Helena Wolfe is the ultimate corporate predator—cold, ruthless, and untouchable. She thrives on competition and control, ruling the boardroom with an iron will and icy precision. But when she's forced to team up with Sloane Callahan—a sharp-tongued, equally ambitious corporate lawyer—sparks fly. And not the friendly kind.
Their rivalry is legendary. Their banter? Scorching. And when a business trip mix-up leaves them stuck sharing a hotel bed, their professional tension ignites into something far more dangerous: undeniable chemistry.
Helena is determined to keep her walls intact, but Sloane's wit, charm, and refusal to back down make resistance impossible. As their passionate clash deepens into unexpected intimacy, both women must confront the emotional barriers holding them back.
Can Helena let her icy armor crack for the one person who sees through it? And will Sloane take the risk of falling for the woman who's perfected the art of staying distant?

For years, I've lived by one simple rule: Don't Mess With The Ex.

It was an easy rule to follow when Laurence Kensington III was on the other side of the country. Now that he's shown up out of the blue to tell me we're still married? Not so much.

I followed my heart into a whirlwind romance with him once, and it ended in a heartbreaking annulment. Or at least, I thought it did. I don't know what to think of the news we're still hitched.

I've vowed to never be so impulsive or reckless again. But when he brings me a proposal that will help me achieve my dreams for Granville and refuse his entitled family something they want, I'm once more put to the test.

Laurie is as handsome as I remember, and so damn tempting. His sweet gestures, generous spirit, and open heart make it a challenge to stick to my rule.

But then, maybe messing with the ex wouldn't be all bad. Maybe it's time to write new rules. Is it really so wrong to follow my heart if my heart was right all along?

When someone tips off the tabloids that once rich and famous Waz is living in a trailer park and doing manual labor, Jordan is the obvious suspect. It is time for Dillon Mitchell to start living again.
Since the death of her wife three years ago, Dillon had buried herself in her work. When an invitation arrives for Tiffany Daniels’ exclusive birthday party, her best friend persuades her to join them for the weekend.
It’s not the celebration that draws her but the location. The party is being held at the Whitaker Estate, one of the hottest tickets on the West Coast. The Estate once belonged to an eccentric survivalist, whose family converted it into a trendy destination while preserving some of its original history.
Surrounded by a roomful of successful lesbians, Dillon finds herself drawn to Skylar Lange, the mysterious and elusive bartender. Before the two can finish their first dance, a scream shatters the evening. When the party goers emerge from the underground bunker, they discover something terrible has happened at the Estate.
The group races to try to discover the cause of this upheaval, and whether it’s isolated to the Estate. Has the world, as we know it, changed forever?

Their leap of faith could unleash magic ... or plunge them into darkness.

Henry Thorn has worked at Larkin's since graduating high school. He likes it -- especially when he can use his secret skill of hiding inside shadows so his boss can't find them. Without that talent, he would never had survived growing up different.

When a hire enters the store, Henry's other latent talent kicks in. He can smell an emotional response even before he lays eyes on the redhead.

Jamey Currey came out, and his conservative parents promptly kicked him out. He, too, is different -- he senses Henry's attraction the moment they met. The first time they kiss, torrential rains fall from skies split by lightning.

Their kiss also awakens the Watchers, diabolical hunters who will stop at nothing -- even extermination -- to keep magic suppressed. With the help of a friendly coven of friendly witches, the boys embark on a quest to discover an ancient key to restoring magic to the world, and to understand mysteries of their own hearts.

The question is, will this quest cost them their lives?

Michael is thirty-nine and gay. Like his little niece, Kim, who has a learning disability, he is considered a non-citizen under the draconian Normalcy Laws. Kim's parents quietly arrange to flee to New Zealand, where the Normalcy Laws haven't been implemented.
As Michael has a good job and has been careful to hide his homosexuality, he doesn't consider going with them. Instead, he remains behind and goes about his business as normal until one morning when he is confronted by two Black Guards.
Hooded, Michael is taken to what he assumes is the Department of Law. Once people are taken there, they never see the light of day again. Elimination is the only punishment in the New World Order. There he is interrogated by The Man, a handsome officer of the Black Guards.
In a desperately hopeless situation, is there any hope of surviving elimination? No one ever has in the past, but Michael discovers something about The Man that hints at his situation not being as bleak as it appears. Can he dare to hope there is a way out? Or is he so delusional that his fantasies of freedom have clouded his judgment?
Under the oppressive Normalcy Laws, nothing is certain.
