Summary

This novel is a sweeping, romantic journey set against the turbulent period of the Iranian Revolution of 1979 and the war with Iraq that followed. This is a tale of loss of identity as an Iranian royal deal with the new reality of revolution and its aftermath. A story full of emotion and twist, with sub-plots involving abuse by an unscrupulous uncle and a hypocritical mullah, revenge murder and noble suicide. This is not a story about war and revolution, it is about the resilience of people when their world crumbles. Above all it is a love story; the love for two men, but also love of family and country.

YOUNG SHERLOCK HOLMES & JOHN WATSON
The case of the missing rocking horse. This completely new story I have written involves the 10 year old boys who will be the great detective Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson, his assistant, when they grow up, this is their formative years where they perfect their skills before adulthood on what my appear to be inconsequential subjects, but the principle remains the same.
This is just one of an extensive series I will be publishing as audio books in the very near future and I do hope you enjoy this first one, and its only $1.50 cents, all subsequent will remain at that price as I would not like price to be a barrier to your enjoyment.
I have worked very hard and meticulously to provide you with an enjoyable experience, the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, a violin Holme's musical instrument of choice and is energetic and the closing music ends the tale on a more restrained mode and only about 1 minute.
The story itself runs to about just over 6 minutes and is of course a short story, it is read in my own voice.
The story involves the the disappearance of a rocking horse belonging to the young son, Archibald Fortescue of a wealthy banker who lives in London, in Cavendish Square, about 1890 and Holmes uses his powers of deduction and observation to track down the heirloom to the chimney sweeps son who was borrowing it for his sickly sister to give her some joy. Needless to say Holmes solves the mystery with aplomb and goes onto his next case.
The stories are designed to be entertaining to children of approximately the same age around 10 years old due to the characters involved.
I do hope you and you children, if applicable, enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!
