ABOUT THE ORIGINAL BOOK
Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman tells the story of Richard Mayhew, whose life takes a turn when he helps an injured woman, pulling him into a hidden London beneath the city. This London Below is a magical and dangerous world where the forgotten and the lost reside. Richard encounters Door, a woman with the power to open doors, and the mysterious marquis de Carabas, and they become central to his journey.

He must navigate this strange realm while being pursued by the menacing Mr. Croup and Mr. Vandemar. The narrative explores themes of identity and belonging, as Richard struggles to understand his place in both London Above and Below. The story blends urban fantasy and adventure, questioning the nature of reality and what lies hidden beneath the surface. Richard's journey forces him to question his values and his life, and he grapples with the challenges presented by this surreal world.
