Summary

Are you stressed, depressed, or having other general health issues - including anxiety or low energy? This book attempts to explain how anyone can naturally relieve these symptoms. This "Mind Cure" - essentially New Thought or Christian Science without mystical or religious entanglements - is not too far off from what is now known as mind-body medicine.
The Mind Cure recognizes the significant influence that a patient's mental condition can have on present health issues, while still respecting traditional medicine. Originally written far ahead of its time over one century ago, most of the guidance provided in this book would likely be considered reasonable by many healthcare professionals today; and, at bare minimum, not harmful in the least.
Prior to engaging in the exercises provided within, it is recommended to seek the counsel of a trusted physician or medical professional before implementing any of the treatments outlined in this text.
