But every year, they come together for a beach vacation with their dad, and to make more memories. The real excitement for them is their secret special place under the boardwalk, where they hide their sister scrapbook, adding memories from each summer.

But this summer feels different. Josie isn't the same—she's turned into one of the popular girls that Stella can't stand. Despite the rocky start to their vacation, they still go to their secret, special place under the boardwalk, adding memories to their sister scrapbook once again.

That is, until that place is discovered by the owners of the newest store—the Smoothie Factory, which replaced Josie's favorite sweet spot. Not only have the owners of the Smoothie Factory discovered the cove, they are exploiting the natural habitat, and endangering marine life and everyone at the beach! It's up to Josie and Stella to figure out how to stop their beloved boardwalk from disappearing for good.

    YOUNG BLACKBEARD THE PIRATE
    PORT OF BRISTOL 1690
Book 3 of 6 – The curse of the lemonade stand
Here is the summary description of this book:
In 1690s Bristol, young Edward Teach—the boy who would become the infamous pirate Blackbeard—leads his crew in a daring lemonade stand scheme at the bustling High Cross market. Using stolen sugar and Anne Bonny’s over-sweetened brew, they attract sailors and merchants alike—until a rival vendor accuses them of sugar theft, a crime punishable by transportation. Facing the constable, Edward spins a tale of the "Sugar Witch," a Barbados hag who curses their lemonade, and sells "anti-curse" potions (dyed with stolen cochineal) to the superstitious crowd. The deception works, earning them enough coin for future adventures while showcasing Edward’s early knack for manipulation and theatrics—traits that would later define Blackbeard’s reign of terror. The story blends historical details of Bristol’s sugar trade and maritime culture with a playful origin for history’s most notorious pirate, proving even legends start small.
This is the third of six audiobooks in the series and I do hope you enjoy this instalment, and it's only $3, all subsequent will remain at that price.
I have worked very hard and meticulously to provide you with an enjoyable experience, the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, accordion, fiddle, harmonica and bango in a classical sea shanty jig. The closing music ends the tale on a similar jig and at about 2 minutes with the same musical instruments but more upbeat looking forward to the next episode.
The story itself runs to about 13 minutes is is narrated in my own voice.
I do hope you enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!

Nicodemus, a Pharisee and a member of the Jewish ruling council (Sanhedrin), comes to Jesus at night. The time of his visit is significant—it could suggest either his desire for privacy due to his social status or his willingness to seek out the truth away from the public eye.
"Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. He came to Jesus at night and said, ‘Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.’"
Jesus immediately begins to enlighten Nicodemus' understanding of spiritual rebirth. Jesus speaks of being "born again" or "born from above," a concept that confuses Nicodemus. Jesus explains that this rebirth is not physical but spiritual—through the Holy Spirit.
Jesus answered, "Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit."
Nicodemus continues to be perplexed, asking how these things can be. Jesus responds by revealing that knowledge of these spiritual truths should be accessible to one like Nicodemus, a teacher of Israel. He then moves on to talk about the importance of faith in the Son of Man and references the story of Moses lifting up the serpent in the wilderness as a foreshadowing of His own crucifixion.
Jesus famously declares God's love for the world, stating that God sent His Son not to condemn the world, but to save it. John 3:16 is one of the most quoted verses in Christianity, encapsulating the Gospel message of salvation through faith in Christ. Jesus also explains that light has come into the world, but many prefer darkness because their deeds are evil.
