Summary

This book was written so nobody would have to live in fear any longer. Fear is a demon sent by the devil to trouble you and I will teach you how to make it flee. This book will teach you to identify the three sources of thoughts in your mind and how to take a thought captive and give it to Jesus. You will learn how to destroy the devil's lies, tear down strongholds and close gateways the devil uses to trouble you. I've included many categorized scripture promises for this purpose. By learning to use the sword of the Spirit you will be able to defeat the lies and deceptions of the devil and his demons. God parted the sea for Moses, He stopped the sun in the sky for Joshua, and He will break chains for you. Those chains of addiction, fear, anxiety, depression, discouragement and distress can all be broken by using the sword of the Spirit. Whatever the problem you're experiencing, the Lord has a solution and is waiting to come to your rescue. Stop being a victim and become victorious by using the sword of the Spirit.

What if everything you’ve been taught about understanding people is only part of the truth?
In Ways of Knowing, a profound and quietly radical work, readers are invited into a deeper exploration of how human beings come to know themselves, each other, and the world they share. Moving beyond the limits of traditional frameworks, this book challenges the idea that understanding is something we possess - or deliver - and instead reveals it as something that unfolds through relationship.
Drawing from lived experience across therapeutic, educational, and communal fields, this work offers a shift from individualistic models of “mental health” toward a relational paradigm - one that sees human suffering and healing as emerging within the fields we co-create with one another. It asks us to reconsider the role of expertise, to listen to the intelligence of the body, and to examine the language that shapes what we believe is real.
At its core, Ways of Knowing is not a method or a system, but an invitation:To stay present in the discomfort where real understanding beginsTo recognize that we are always part of what we seek to understandTo rediscover care not as intervention, but as attentive, relational presence
Written with clarity, depth, and an unwavering respect for the complexity of human experience, this book speaks to therapists, educators, healers, leaders, and anyone who works closely with others - as well as those simply seeking a more honest way of being in relationship.
This is not a book about fixing people.
It is a book about learning how to meet them.
And in that meeting, something entirely new becomes possible.
