Sinopsis

In a bustling city, adventurous rats Reggie and Rosie live in the labyrinthine sewage system. Reggie, with his mischievous spirit, and Rosie, with her cleverness, explore the hidden tunnels beneath the city. One sunny morning, they embark on a journey deeper into the sewers, discovering a vast chamber with cascading water.
