It delves into questions that many of us grapple with: Why do relationships break down? Why do we often prioritize material wealth over our heart’s desires? And why is it essential to prioritize our own well-being? I believe that this book comes at a crucial time, especially for young people who are navigating the challenges of life and trying to make sense of their place in the world. My hope is that the insights and reflections shared in this book will empower readers to make informed decisions that will positively impact their lives and the society they live in. I am excited to share this work with readers and look forward to the conversations and reflections that it will spark. My friend told me a story some years back, he explained how he was in a four-year relationship that was rather draining than beneficial, losing money, strength and intellectual ability while in the den of repeated unworthy intimacy. "Can't believe I did all that just in my teenage years, heard the urge would reduce once I get to twenty?". my response was simple; Adolescence is a critical period where habits, values, and perspectives are shaped, often influencing a person's future choices and societal contributions. The experiences, guidance, and environment during this stage can have lasting effects on an individual's personal development and overall well-being. Anselm, a smart and passionate young man, found love with a girl named Stella when they were barely sixteen.
