Summary

Sometimes after the grown-ups are asleep, Peter Pan visits the nursery. He tells Wendy and her two brothers tales about Neverland, a marvelous place where children never grow up. One star-filled night, he whisks the youngsters through the nursery window. As they fly through the sky, they don’t have a care in the world—Peter Pan will take care of everything. 
 
But when he leads them to a dark island besieged by pirates and Indians, Wendy wonders just what his careless ways have gotten them into. She learns all too quickly that dreams about Neverland can be tinged with darker realities. 
 
Listeners of all ages will discover J.M. Barrie’s imaginative masterpiece is funnier, smarter, and more involving than the animated motion picture.
