Summary

We experience different types of trauma in our lives. However, there is no trauma as debilitating as sexual abuse. During this time of the "Me Too" era, sexual domination, abuse, domestic violence, and misuse have become exposed in staggering waves of revelation. And although these abuses have always been a part of a woman's human experience.

Women's voices have never spoken louder or more eloquently regarding their plight. Women of all ethnicities worldwide know of this and wish to rise above, be free, live lives of mutual respect, and be seen autonomously. They cry out to expel the pain and release the toxicity of the abuses forced upon them. Sexual abuse and misuse are very much a part of this culture.

It carries a heavy weight and creates a brokenheartedness of unseen grief in their hearts. The crown of guilt, despair, and shame they may experience as a result of the abuses they have endured.

The author a survivor discusses her traumatic upbringing and shares with transparency in hopes that other women may experience release from the shackles of abuse and freedom from the shame of it.

God offers us this comfort as stated in Jeremiah 29:11 For I "Know the thoughts I think towards you, saith Jehovah, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end."

Do you spend most of your nights staring at the ceiling and wake up with no energy? If yes, this is the right audio-book for you.
Hypnosis is a technique that can be used to promote better sleep by inducing a state of deep relaxation and heightened suggestibility.
Here’s how it works:relaxation: the process typically begins with the individual being guided into a relaxed state, often through deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation. This helps reduce stress and tension;focused attention: once relaxed, the hypnotist or the individual focuses on calming imagery or soothing words. This concentration helps to quiet the mind and block out distractions;positive suggestions: in this relaxed state, positive suggestions related to sleep are introduced. These might include affirmations like "I am relaxed and ready for sleep" or visualizations of a peaceful sleeping environment;reinforcement: the suggestions can be repeated or reinforced during the session, helping to create a mental association between the relaxed state and the ability to fall asleep easily;awakening: after the session, the individual is gently brought back to full awareness, often feeling refreshed and more open to the suggestions made during hypnosis.
By incorporating these techniques, hypnosis can help alleviate insomnia, reduce anxiety, and promote a more restful sleep.

"Diabetes could have killed me. Instead, it saved my life."—Sherri Shepherd
The day that actress, comedian, and cohost of The View Sherri Shepherd was diagnosed with the Big D—type 2 diabetes—she didn't see it coming. But she should have. Sherri had spent years battling excess weight, ignoring the warning that she was prediabetic, avoiding doctors, and denying some very clear signs that a diabetes diagnosis was imminent. Even watching the disease take her mother's life at the age of forty-one didn't sound the alarm for Sherri. But when D Day came, she had a diagnosis in hand and a child of her own. Sherri knew she needed to take a cold, hard look at the way she was living and make a choice: she could completely overhaul her life and reevaluate her relationship to food and exercise, or continue on a path that could leave her son growing up without his mother. The choice was easy. Putting the choice into action was a little more difficult.
If you're one of the 100 million Americans diagnosed with prediabetes or diabetes each year, or one of the 130 million people who are overweight and at risk but don't know where to start, Plan D can provide life- changing results. Here, Sherri Shepherd breaks down the basics of the science of diabetes, explains how reversing your insulin resistance (the cause of type 2 diabetes) is the key, and offers support, humor, and the action plan you need to get results. With this medically supported plan, Sherri was able to lose forty pounds and keep it off. Through three key simple but effective strategies centered on diet, exercise, and taking control of the emotions that lead to poor food choices, Sherri offers readers a way to lose weight and control diabetes without feeling deprived, or chained to a strict, lifeless way of living. Plan D is flexible, sensible, and straight-forward, and it works wherever you are on the spectrum—whether you're struggling to lose weight, are in the danger zone of prediabetes and looking to turn things around, or have already been diagnosed with diabetes.
Plan D will give you the facts you need to start changing your habits and your health now. With the help of her doctor, a leading endocrinologist, and a support group of family and close friends, Sherri changed her life. With Plan D, you can too.

I hope that you will find the information helpful and useful.
The contents of this book on blood pressure, diet, exercise and related subjects is organized into 17 chapters of about 500-600 words each.
Not many people these days over the age of forty have not had to start to deal with the problem of high blood pressure. From my own circle of friends, I know two ladies who were hospitalised through it. One had a stroke and the other developed a kind of ‘temporary dementia’.
Not only that, but the age at which people, especially in the West are becoming affected is dropping. Our sedentary lifestyles – computers and televisions – and junk food – high sodium intake – are often blamed.
This booklet will help you to self-treat your high blood pressure or prevent it occurring in the first place.
As an added bonus, I am granting you permission to use the articles on your own website or in your own blogs and newsletter, although it is better if you rewrite them in your own words first.
You may also split the book up and resell the articles. In fact, the only right that you do not have is to resell or give away the book as it was delivered to you.

In the Mind of the Universe -...

We live out our lives in the Mind of the universe, and for thousands of years, philosophers, theologians, psychologists, and scientists have called that unitary source of reality—the Monad. In philosophy, it’s the etheric substance at the root of both mind and matter. For theologians, the Monad is the logos or Word of God. Psychologists view it as the basis of all the archetypal thoughts and images in the human mind. In science, it’s the Big Bang singularity from which the physical universe emerged. In mathematics, the Monad is defined as the zero-point origin of all numbers. In your life, your Personal Monad is the singularity in your own consciousness, the point of view from which you experience the world. You are conscious because the universe is conscious, and the commonplace experience of being a single point of awareness in your own mind—of being whole in your own little world—is a reflection of the Greater Monad in you. The focus in this book is on your relationship to the Greater Monad. Whatever the ultimate truth of the universe, that is not going to change. What changes is your piece of the puzzle—the singularity of consciousness in your personal space around which you’ve built your entire life. We will explore your connection to the Monad in a variety of ways. The first chapter (“Your Mind in the Universe”) is a preview of the rest of the book and a gentle consideration of the Monad and its place in your life. That chapter includes a brief history of the Monad to get you oriented. You’ll get a solid foundation in the development of the Monad concept in later chapters on monadic philosophy, science, mathematics, and cosmology. Then, we’ll look at the Monad on the personal level in the chapters on monadic experiences and meditations.
