This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice.
Payments and banking are in disarray. Frozen accounts, blocked transfers, unnecessary fees, delays, lost opportunities, and operational breakdowns hit every company - yet few know how to resolve them, managing funds on guesswork.
Today, businesses rely on biased introducers, commission-driven FinTech salespeople, or corporate advisors with limited expertise, leaving critical money flows unsafe and unpredictable. What should be the backbone of strategy is still treated as a finance side function. No standardized approach exists and no proper education prepares professionals to handle these ever-changing challenges.
The Chief Payment Officer (CPayO) is a role every business must have. But it does not exist. And this is a very costly mistake.
You will learn why the CPayO is essential and how this role makes the difference between banking nightmares and success stories. Through real cases and practical insights, you'll see how companies collapsed without this role, and how others thrived once they made it central to their structure.
You'll discover how the CPay orchestrates finance, product, risk, compliance, and technology and why this role must lead business strategy. Only an experienced CPayO creates payment and banking strategies and helps cash flows become safer, cheaper, and stronger.

Some would argue that innovation is the exclusive province of creative geniuses people like Steve Jobs, Richard Branson or Bill Gates. These are individuals for whom, it seems, innovation has always come naturally. Its as if these people are wired differently from the rest of us somehow they are able to intuitively spot opportunities that remain invisible to mere mortals or ordinary companies. But what if we could unpack the discovery process much more precisely by getting inside the mind of the innovator? What if we could open up that mysterious black box and take a good look at how it works? What if we could find out how radical innovators come up with their breakthrough ideas? Most importantly, what if we could actually reverse-engineer this process? The Four Lenses of Innovation describes a systematic methodology for generating breakthrough ideas that can be used across an entire organization to successfully create new growth opportunities. There are four essential perspectives four perceptual lenses that seem to dominate most successful innovation stories and that often characterize the entrepreneurs or companies behind them. In case after case, we find that the innovators came to their insights by: CHALLENGING ORTHODOXIES questioning deeply-held dogmas inside companies and inside industries about what drives success HARNESSING TRENDS spotting unnoticed patterns of trends which could substantially change the rules of the game LEVERAGING RESOURCES thinking of a company as a portfolio of skills and assets that can be recombined or stretched into new opportunities UNDERSTANDING NEEDS learning to live inside the customers skin, empathizing with unarticulated feelings and identifying unmet needs

Do you know what the number one mistake most people make when it comes to goal setting is?
It's not knowing what they REALLY want. The thing is: If you don't know what you want, how will you know when you've got it?
Too often people set goals that are far too abstract – things like:
    “I want to be successful”
    “I want to be happy”
    “I want to be rich”
The trouble is, there's no concrete definition of what successful/happy/rich is.
My definition of “successful” might not be the same as yours. The amount of money that would make me feel as though I were “rich” could be more (or less) than would make you feel the same way.
So it's important that you have a SPECIFIC goal.
For example if you want to be “successful”, how do you define that? Do you want to be successful in business, in love, in sports?
Instead of saying “I want to be successful”, first define your goal as “I want to be successful in business” - if that's the sort of success you're after.
But I would narrow that down even further…
Something like: “I want to own a business with a one million dollar turnover and at least three full-time employees before the end of next year.”
Now you have something specific to aim for. You know EXACTLY what you want to achieve, and you've established a time-frame in which to achieve it. You can then break this large goal down into smaller goals to make your main goal more achievable.
This video course has been converted into an audio course that you can listen to any time, designed to help clarify your goals, focus your energy and radically change your life.
