A Journey into Minecraft's past reunites Gameknight999 with old enemies

Trapped one hundred years in Minecraft’s past, Gameknight999 struggles to keep his real identity a secret from the villagers of long ago, all while preparing them for battle. Herobrine’s forces are getting closer every day, advancing across the
Overworld and leaving a path of destruction in their wake.

Furious at Gameknight’s unexpected meddling, the evil virus takes revenge, creating the terrifying shadow-crafters. He gives these strange NPCs of darkness the power to build super-monsters, servants of Herobrine that are meaner,
stronger, and more dangerous than anything Minecraft has ever seen before.

As casualties mount, it’s clear that every last bit of the villagers’ strength and bravery will be tested before the dust settles. Even worse, in the heat of battle the User-that-is-not-a-user will come face to face with Herobrine’s most terrible
creation, a monster from his nightmares he thought he would never have to face again.

"The Penny Day Outing" was born as a poem and remains so in this newly minted Book Eight of Kelly Anne Manuel's Essentials Series. In this story the Child is invited on a penny day outing. A penny day outing is all about how many fabulous and fun items can be purchased for one-hundred pennies. The Child will engage naturally as the narrator shares ideas of how many choices there are for the cost of one-hundred pennies."The Penny Day Outing” offers a standing invitation to the Child. The Child will be invited to collect and count coins. This is a opportunity for teaching through entertainment on numerous levels. The function of money, the benefit of savings, and the hunt for items that are affordable yet adorable, are just a few that the author is excited to share. The simple words take on new meaning as the illustrations pair perfectly with their presentation. The story is about a journey to a store or aisle where one-hundred pennies can buy a myriad of items. The practicality of these stores and items is embraced by the author and hopes that it leads to adventures for the Child.Children are naturally drawn to stories of journey and adventure. This is a practical approach to both. The ability to pair a subject like math into Children's literature is important to the author. This is a launchpad for math and money applications, while exploring a wish list of treats and treasures. It is in Early Childhood that futures are being constructed. "The Penny Day Outing" is a tool in a Caregiver's toolbox to assist with that healthy formation. The idea that discussions about math, money, and savings can be fun and delightful is a theme the author embraces. The Child who reads this book will be encouraged to earn their own coins and save up for their own penny day outing with excitement and vigor.
