Summary

I was startled awake by Albert Henslaw, the banker. He was holding his hand against his head, blood leaking between his fingers. "The bank was robbed. They got away with all the money, $85,000 dollars." 
"When did this happen?" I asked as I pulled on my boots.  
"'Bout fifteen minutes ago." 
I stood, placed my Stetson on top of my throbbing head. "Did you recognize them?" 
"Yeah, it was the Slawson brothers, Vernon and Clyde, I've known them since they were little kids. They used to come to the bank with their mother each week to make her weekly wash deposit."
