Sinopse

Twenty-five is so unique, let it be the only number you ever use.
What is so special about twenty-five? because I chose it.

And so it is in life, whatever you decide is unique will be.
You only need to say it and agree, and watch the world join you and say yes,
indeed, you are right, twenty-five is truly special.

Always remember this: you are capable of making anything unique; you are powerful.

Sole is a collection of incredible and mind-blowing poems, with life lessons for you to live to fullness and be free.

It is true that a good number of people believe in greatness, but only a few understand that achieving it could depend on the extent to which you want it.

You can not have greatness without first yearning for it. Greatness happens to only those who desire to live great and go on the journey to achieving it.
Do you genuinely yearn for greatness or assume that distinction is meant for a selected few?

No one is born to leave a mark of greatness; whether rich or not, it is our responsibility to make great things happen to us; and you must first understand this.

In this bilingual poetry collection, Roberto Germán, shares writing across 20 years of his life. The poems tell stories of love, relationships, race, identity, and everyday living. These subjects divide the book into three parts. The poetic forms include free verse, rhyme, haiku and more, all relatable and real with vivid detail. As he explores what it's like to be a young man growing into his identity, the readers are invited into a rarely explored point of view with this level of imagery and sensorial writing: life through the young adult eyes of a Black Dominican-American, son of immigrants."Blue Ink Tears is a work of emotional beauty, historical awe, and nostalgic reminiscence. What you've compiled here is a collection of experiences, not just poems, that will make young readers think and dig deep." Tanya Manning-Yarde

In the scintillating underworld of Miami, Zeus rules with an iron fist. As the formidable leader of the Family of God (F.O.G.), his ambitions stretch far beyond the city's glittering lights, aiming to monopolize both the United States and the Caribbean.
But Zeus's reign isn't just about power—it's about style, elegance, and high-stakes sophistication.
By his side is Destiny, his girlfriend and lover, whose beauty and cunning are matched only by her loyalty to Zeus. Together, they navigate a world where every move is a calculated risk, and every relationship is a fragile alliance.
Their lives are a mix of high fashion and deadly deals, blending the art of luxury with the ruthlessness of their operations.
Standing as Zeus's unwavering right hand is his best friend, Reel.
His loyalty to Zeus is unshakeable, forged through years of shared victories and narrow escapes.
Zeus is the tactical mastermind, the silent force behind F.O.G.'s most daring exploits.
His strategic brilliance and unflinching resolve make him an indispensable pillar in the F.O.G. empire, always ready to dive into the fray and turn the tide in their favor.
As the F.O.G. expands its influence, threats loom on the horizon. Rivals challenge their authority, and law enforcement inches closer, driven by a relentless desire to dismantle their empire.
The stakes are perilously high, and as love and loyalty are tested, Zeus and Destiny must use every ounce of their wit and charm to stay ahead.
"Gods of Miami" is a dazzling tale of power, seduction, and ambition, set in a city that is as dangerous as it is beautiful.
In this world, the boundaries between elegance and evil blur, and only the most cunning will rise to divine h

The life and career of a Poet is often thought of as musing at a desk, or lying in a meadow, or on long journeys to find inspiration for their next masterwork. But more often than not a poet was a part-time profession in subservient submission to their actual, salary-paying job.
In this volume we bring together those whose craft is the drafting of words into stories and plays that others read or watch. Of course, in Centuries past poetry was often interwoven into plays and yet, in the pens of these talents, their verse can not only stand alone and complete but rise to its own Art and the demanding tests of time.

    Get Well Soon - Poems

In the spring of 2020, Jamie Sharpe was in New Brunswick, purportedly studying the famed Magnetic Hill outside Moncton. A dog-walker discovered Sharpe in a ditch, disrobed except for his backpack containing a manuscript …

With his fifth collection, Get Well Soon, Sharpe reaffirms “he is utter master of his language. Whether [Sharpe’s] poems are the result of long lucubration or the inspiration of the moment, they bear no mark of effort, and it is not without admiration, nor even without astonishment, that one is carried along — by the noble, unswerving amble of those gorgeous stanzas, proud white hackneys harnessed in gold — into the glory of the evenings. Rich and subtle, [Jamie Sharpe]’s poetry is never merely lyrical; it always encloses an idea within the garland of its metaphors, and however vague or general that idea may be, it serves to strengthen the necklace; the pearls are secured by a thread that, though sometimes invisible, is ever sure.”
