Sinopsis

🧈 Daisy Crumbwell's tearoom, "The Buttered Scone," is famous throughout Cornwall for its light-as-air scones and clotted cream. But when a rival baker drops dead after eating one of her signature lavender scones during the annual Great British Bake-Off, Daisy's perfect world crumbles. Accused of using poisoned ingredients, Daisy must prove her innocence while the police focus their investigation entirely on her kitchen. With her business on the line and her reputation in tatters, Daisy teams up with her elderly baking mentor and a handsome food safety inspector to uncover the truth. The investigation reveals a web of recipe theft, ingredient sabotage, and decades-old rivalries that run deeper than her famous triple-chocolate scones. But as Daisy gets closer to unmasking the real killer, she discovers someone is willing to remove the competition permanently—and she might be the next baker to meet a sticky end.
