Summary

Savage Street
Neil is terrified by the wild animals in his neighborhood. Walking to school is a nightmare. He barely makes it there -without being eaten by the local carnivores. To make things worse, his parents don’t understand why he’s so scared.
One day he has had enough of it. So begins a journey in which Neil will learn that pretty much everyone is afraid of something. But will he beat his own fear?
Savage Street is a humorous story about fear and courageous decisions – with a twist.
You will get to know Ramses Rex, Fluffy and Precious, Cannibal and Rosa – and some adults that are a little bit frightened from time to time – by the strangest things.
Suitable for ages approximately 5-10 years.
The author: Hege Enersen Bjerkelien is an educated child care- and youth worker, and author of children’s books.
