  By holding up the threat of food allergens to the white nuclear family to galvanize political and scientific action, Glabau shows, the movement excludes many, including Black women and disabled adults, whose families and health have too often been marginalized from public health and social safety net programs. Further, its strategies are founded on the assumption that market-based solutions will address issues of social exclusion and equal access to healthcare.

  Taking care of oneself is the most vital aspect that contributes to our self-improvement journey. Self-care is a journey that begins when we genuinely commit to looking after all dimensions of ourselves. This involves nurturing our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Our body is akin to a temple where numerous essential tasks and functions occur, playing a crucial role in achieving our life's purpose. 
  Writing this book is my endeavor to offer insights drawn from my personal experiences and research, aimed at guiding and motivating readers to prioritize their holistic health. 
  My journey towards health and fitness began in my childhood, and it was further strengthened post-pregnancy when I managed to reduce my weight from 90 kg to 63 kg within less than 18 months through mindful dietary choices. 
  Drawing from these life-changing experiences and my unique perspective, I felt compelled to share my insights with others. If I could bring about transformative changes in my life by nurturing holistic health, I believed anyone could. 
  My journey has led me to believe that true success emerges from a balanced approach to life, where physical, mental, and spiritual well-being converge to shape a fulfilled and purposeful existence. 
  My intention behind writing this book is to share my experiences and insights, hoping to inspire and guide readers on their own journeys towards holistic well-being. If even a single person benefits from my experiences, it would be a significant achievement.

These trends show a sincere interest in American secession, and they will likely increase in the aftermath of the 2024 Presidential election.Proponents of secession make three arguments: the two sides have irreconcilable differences; secession is a legal right; and smaller political units are better. Through interviews with secessionist advocates in America, Ryan Griffiths explores the case for why Red America and Blue America should split up.But as The Disunited States shows, secession is the wrong solution to the problem of polarization. Red and Blue America are not neatly sorted and geographically concentrated.   During the reign of the Artaxiad dynasty, Armenia became a hub of trade and commerce, connecting the Silk Road and the Mediterranean world. The Armenian kings encouraged the development of agriculture, commerce, and arts, and the kingdom became renowned for its skilled artisans, writers, and philosophers. Of course, given its central location, the dynasty also faced numerous challenges, including repeated invasions by the Roman and Parthian empires, internal conflicts, and economic hardships. The dynasty’s resilience and adaptability enabled it to survive for nearly two centuries, leaving behind a rich cultural and political legacy that has endured in the region, even as its historical memory was overshadowed by its more powerful neighbors.  
  	After the collapse of the Artaxiad dynasty (at the onset of the 1st century BCE), Rome and the kingdom of Parthia engaged in a competition for political influence in the vast territory of Greater Armenia. The Parthian Arshakunis endeavored to expel Rome from the region, aiming to establish the dominance of their own lineage. The political strategy devised by Parthian King Artabanus III, however, remained unrealized, as his sons Vorodes and Arshak I, who held the throne in Great Armenia, were deposed due to the intervention of the Roman Emperor Tiberius. By inciting the Alban, Georgian, and other neighboring tribes against the Armenians, Tiberius facilitated the ascendancy of Mithridates, the brother of Iberian King Pharasmanes, to the throne of Greater Armenia in the year 36.  
  This set the pattern by which the Roman Empire sought to preserve its influence in Greater Armenia by employing foreign kings as proxies. In contrast, the Armenian people and their rulers strived to emancipate themselves from Roman hegemony and the dominance of their allies.
