Summary

The fairy tale of Aladdin is a Middle-Eastern folk tale. A young, poor boy Aladdin helps an evil sorcerer to retrieve a wonderful lamp from a cave. The sorcerer tricks him and Aladdin is trapped in the cave. Fortunately, Aladdin escapes. Aladdin finds the lamp and takes it with him. When his mother tries to clean it, a genie appears. With the genies help Aladdin becomes rich and powerful.
