“Misalliance” is a play by George Bernard Shaw, an Irish playwright who became the leading dramatist of his generation, and in 1925 was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature.

Misalliance is a play written by George Bernard Shaw. The play takes place entirely on a single Saturday afternoon in the conservatory of a large country house in Hindhead, Surrey in Edwardian era England.
It is a continuation of some of the ideas on marriage that he expressed in his play, Getting Married. It was also a continuation of some of his other ideas on Socialism or physical fitness.

Natures Silken Robes :: Bombyx mandarina 
This poem was inspired by a program I saw on silkworms and their germination and metamorphosis into the adult moths (which they generally never get to because of the demand for their silk). 
Domesticated silk moths don't survive the silk process of obtaining their silk. The death of the silk moth is not described in this Poem. The silk worm trade has been going for over 5,000 years and cultivated mainly in Asia. 
The name the 'Silk Road' came about because of this highly lucrative trade. 
The domesticated silk worms are called Bombyx mori, 
and their Wild cousins are called Bombyx mandarina.

My Land of Freedom - A poem of...

Riders to the Sea is a Tragedy in One Act about a mother and her daughters dealing with a familial curse that seems to cause all of the men in the family to die. Anxieties come to a peak when the last, remaining son is getting ready to ride out to sea in order to try and provide for his family. 
Shadow of the Glen is a contemplative Drama in One Act about how a women's integrity can be unjustly scrutinized through hearsay and speculation, and how forcing those opinions out into the open can have disastrous consequences for everyone involved.
