ABOUT THE FILM 
Taxi Driver (1976), directed by Martin Scorsese, follows Travis Bickle (Robert De Niro), a mentally troubled Vietnam War veteran who becomes a night-shift taxi driver in a decaying, crime-ridden New York City.
