The king determined that the monks of the temple stole it. Xuanzang heard about the issue and went to the temple with the monkey to investigate. The monkey caught two demons on top of the pagoda who confessed that the sarira was stolen by the Hydra. Thanks to Erlang Deity and his group, the Hydra was badly injured and fled away.
