Summary

Adam Turner works the lonely mid-dawn shift at his local radio station. From midnight to 6 a.m., he fills the quiet hours with old tunes, aimless chatter, and calls from the occasional night owl. It’s a far cry from his glory days a decade ago, when his voice was on prime-time radio and his name lit up billboards. Now, it’s just him, an empty studio, and a few listeners—drunk students heading home or truck drivers on long hauls.   
At 12:45 a.m. one night, the routine shatters. The caller’s voice is cold, the stakes chilling: “Stay live on air until dawn, or this woman dies.”   
For the rest of the night, Adam is trapped in a dangerous game. The caller’s questions cut deep, forcing him to confront his fall from grace and air his secrets for all to hear. As the hours drag on, Adam races to uncover who’s behind the call and what they really want, all while staying on the line to keep a stranger alive.   
But when the truths get darker and the demands more personal, Adam faces an impossible choice: How much of himself will he sacrifice to save someone he’s never met?
