Summary

In a garden bright, where the flowers bloom, 
Lived Benny the Butterfly, with a spirit that zoomed. 
His colors were vivid, a beautiful sight, 
But oh, poor Benny had just one wing in flight. 
His friends would flutter, so graceful and free, 
“Come join us, Benny! Just look at the glee!” 
But Benny would sigh, with a heart full of dreams, 
“I want to fly high, like the sun’s golden beams.”

Eliran Dayan, born in 1980, is a writer and poet, the owner of the Motive Books publishing house,  
a graphic designer, and an entrepreneur.  
He is the founder of the Motive magazine, a partner in the Tzmidim magazine and other publications.  
He is the manager of the Israeli national writing competition for children named after Rika Barkovitch.  
In 2023, he was awarded the international poetry and literature prize L'alloro d Dante.  
This is his ninth book. 
Kevin Barr, born in 1982, was born and raised in Ayrshire Scotland - the land of Robert Burns. 
He is vegan and loves all creatures great and small. He felt a fond connection with Benny and volunteered to voice the audiobook so that children all over the world could enjoy his story.
