If you do not understand the concept of a “police-encounter,” you are most certainly putting yourself at risk for Physical Harm or Death!  Every Person in America should read and internalize this very short straight-to-the-point book!  You must know what your responsibilities are during a Police-Encounter to be able to safely get through it!  Also, properly educate your children, your young-adults, and your loved-ones about police-encounters to keep them safe and out of harm’s way.
