Summary
In the beginning of this book Seven is miserable. He has been thrown off the clock, not needed any more by Snow White and has been fired for sleeping on the job of keeping track of the days of the week. Thanks to advice from his friend, Eight, he rolls the dice to see if he could be lucky after all. Eventually Seven discovers that he holds a very valuable place in the world. In the end he gets a job that suits him and is forever grateful to his friend, Eight. This whimsical story will keep the "magic" alive for math, reading and friendship for children of all ages.
