  At the core of this broken system is an overemphasis on memorization rather than true understanding. Students are expected to absorb and regurgitate information for tests, only to forget most of it shortly after. Critical thinking and problem-solving take a backseat to rote learning, leaving students ill-equipped to navigate complex real-world challenges. The grading system further reinforces this problem, reducing learning to a numbers game where students are judged by their ability to recall facts rather than their capacity for deep thinking.

Human resources departments, which are meant to serve as a safeguard against workplace misconduct, often struggle to balance their duty to employees with their loyalty to the company. As a result, the burden of addressing workplace harassment frequently falls on the victims themselves, leaving them with difficult choices that can impact their careers and mental health.

In the year 1768, the British federal government dispatched soldiers to Boston to stop discontent, which led to the Boston Massacre in the year 1770.

It destroyed the Federal Force and changed it with an innovative army, changing Mexican civilization and governance at the same time It also culminated in the adoption of a new constitution that included the revolutionaries' ideal visions.
