Summary

Princess Riva is the second daughter of the kingdom of Faytrue. The crown's dwindling funds and her own odd, dangerous magic spells disaster when a wizard comes for her hand. Riva is taken to the wizard's tower, but she won't stay without a fight. 
Prince Charles is the newly made crown prince of Cerulean. He is finally able to wed his beloved, but when he sends for her he finds that she has been given to a wizard. Charles calls for help from his brother and a sea witch, but will they arrive at the tower in time?
